Imported Acrylic
We use ARISTECH acrylic sheets from the USA. This material not only boasts a beautiful appearance but also exceptional durability, maintaining its original condition for extended periods. These acrylic sheets have outstanding quality and performance, with a smooth, flawless surface and vibrant, soft colors. They do not fade or deform even under intense sunlight. In addition, we offer a variety of colors to meet the personalized needs of different users.
High-Strength Tub Structure
We reinforce the tub’s first layer with vinyl ester resin to prevent blisters. Afterward, the tub is further strengthened with fiberglass and pure resin. The reinforced tub wall is approximately 8mm thick, while the pool area is about 12mm thick, ensuring superior strength and durability.
High-Density Heat Insulation
Each tub is coated with 25-30mm high-density polyurethane foam (density approximately 30kg/m³), which provides excellent insulation. Additionally, the inside of the skirt panel is lined with aluminum foil insulation material, applying the Nordic heat-lock principle to create a more energy-efficient massage bathtub.
Unique Drainage System
Each HeLuo massage bathtub is equipped with a standard bottom drainage valve and a unique drainage pipe system. The pipes are positioned about 15 cm from the bottom, and all pipes are connected to the drainage valve on the skirt panel. This design allows for the drainage of over 99% of the water from both the tub and the pipes
Excellent Cutting and Polishing Craftsmanship
The nozzle areas are carefully polished to a flat surface, ensuring a high level of nozzle fit, ease of tightening, and minimal gaps, preventing water leakage. Additionally, every edge of the tub is meticulously polished to avoid scratches.
Efficient Ozone System
The HeLuo massage bathtub’s ozone generator has been upgraded and is not directly connected to the jet nozzles. The entire disinfection system consists of an ozone generator, check valves, ozone injectors, odor mixers, and antioxidant hoses. The ozone generator is equipped with two check valves to completely eliminate any risk of backflow. The ozone mixer ensures perfect blending of ozone and water for more effective disinfection.
Leak-Proof Pipeline
We use imported blue glue for pipe connections, secured with stainless steel clamps for double protection, preventing any potential water leakage.
Maintenance Valves
Each massage bathtub is equipped with maintenance valves positioned before and after each pump in the system. This allows for easy individual pump servicing during maintenance, ensuring convenient repair and upkeep.
LED Ambient Lighting
The massage bathtub is equipped with LED ambient lighting around its perimeter, offering adjustable colors to create stunning visual effects and enhance the relaxation experience.
